Adecco is currently recruiting for a Telehandler Operator for a 6-monthcontract with a possibility of extension. Our client is in Crysler ON.

The Telehandler Operator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Use of a counterbalance/reach forklift, pallet jack, hand carts, and all other machinery
  • unload inbound materials
  • verify the accuracy of shipments by counting, weighing, or measuring items by size, weight, and UPC code
  • record any product discrepancies or damage
  • move product from the staging area to production machines
  • Sort and store items as per proper procedure
  • maintain computerized inventory records, and take physical count periodically
  • practicing health and safety at all times
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • The Telehandler Operator must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;
  • 3+ years of experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery;
  • Must hold a valid Forklift license (Telehandler)
  • Effective communication skills in English;
  • Must be able to handle up to 50lbs with repetitive action
  • Has worked in the field or similar field for a minimum of a year
