Adecco is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Construction), on behalf of our client who specializes in advanced fastening technology and solutions for insulated panels, cladding, ventilated facades, flat roofing, engineered plastic and metal formed parts for the EIFS market and all the other applications related to the light building industry as well as automotive, electrical and electronics industry.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and result oriented person that comes from the Fastening Industry or related field and will work in a position as Territory Sales Manager. The candidate will have to develop a network of Distributors, Consultants and Engineers to sell, promote and specify our products.
Territory Sales Manager (Construction) Responsibilities:

Be active on the road to make direct sales of high quality fastening systems and related products to existing contacts
Aggressively pursuing new customers by cultivating and developing long-term relationship with our clients and offer them all available services to help them finding the best solution for their applications.
Solicits and responds to sales requests via telephone, written inquiries, facsimile requests and emails.
Promotes and effectively sells company products and services using established company sales techniques.
Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing and delivery information as requested.
Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
Relates new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
Emphasizes saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and related documentation.
Resolves customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsible for follow up on any credit related issues.
Travel to customer's location as required.
Interfaces with internal departments to achieve sales goals.


Territory Sales Manager (Construction) Requirements:

8-12 years of experience of sales of Construction materials, preferably in Fasteners and Fittings.
Experience in sales and ideally come with existing portfolio of customers and distributors.
An established network of Consultants and Engineering Companies.
Business Development driven, excel at finding and closing new opportunities and creating loyal relationship with customers through outstanding service.
Ambitious and enthusiastic with strong listening and interpersonal skills, motivated and driven to succeed.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent time and territory management skills.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and own a car; willingness and ability to travel within Canada if needed.

Territory Sales Manager (Construction) Compensation:

An above average compensation package including salary, bonus, cell phone, laptop, expenses, and benefits including medical, dental and mileage allowance
