Adecco is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, for a full-time permanent role for an American Client expanding into Canada. The Territory Sales Manager can be based out of; Quebec, Ontario or Any Atlantic city, as long as they are able to be mobile between Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic provinces.
The Territory Sales Manager have the following responsibilities:
• Travel with distributors sales people to help promote and educate customers on Client product line;
• Conduct regular sales meeting and training with distribution partners on full product line;
• Work with Distribution partners on new product introductions, promotions, and sales initiatives;
• Resolve customer issues regarding product information, installation, and application;
• Work with OEM Sales Manager to manage new product introductions and product presentation to OEM customers;
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required;
• Establish travel schedule and customer contact growth and develop new account opportunities;
• Maintain company CRM for customer contacts, opportunities, and customer information;
• Review monthly sales reports;
• Work with Sales Manager on customer quotes, promotional activity, and sales initiatives and goals;
• High amount of traveling in this role. 

The Territory Sales Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• 3-5 years minimum sales experience in similar role;
• Prefer 3-5 years of sales experience in the Woodworking/Cabinet industry;
• Must be bilingual in both Canadian official languages;
• Proven success in business development, client management, negotiation and B2B sales;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a strong pipeline of clientele;
• Must be able to keep organized to ensure projects are documented properly and all steps are followed in the sales process;
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Must have a vehicle with a valid drivers’ license;
• Must be proficient in the use of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & other sales CRM software).
