Adecco is hiring Test Operators,Electronics within Markham, ON

The Test (ICT/FP) Operator is responsible for operating the ICT (In Circuit Testing) and the (FP) Flyer Probe machines, including troubleshooting as required.

  • Positions are 3-month contract with opportunity for long-term employment
  • Day and Night Shifts + (Shift Premiums available)
  • Pay rate: $15.50/hr + 4% (Vacation pay)
  • Paid on weekly basis
  • Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the test schedule and coordinate with supervisors and other leaders to meet delivery schedules
  • Perform assigned production steps as per work instructions
  • Handle and store materials/boards using approved handling and electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD) guidelines
  • Days: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm - Hourly

  • Scheduled regularly Monday to Friday, possibly Saturday

    Afternoons: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am – Hourly

  • Scheduled regularly Monday to Friday, possibly Saturday


  • Good knowledge of electronic assemblies including through hole and SMT components, Schematics and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • Electronic/medical device experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using digital multi-meter, oscilloscope and other related test equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of quality systems and ESD control.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electronics or enrolled in a technical school is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Experience with IPC Standards and ISO 9002 would be an asset
  • ESD and ISO Awareness Training
