Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Field Administrator, to work a long-term contract, at a well-established oil and gas company, in Lloydminster, SK. This role requires a highly professional, personable individual who demonstrates strong business judgment, clear and concise written and oral communication skills who has exceptional organizational skills and enjoys working in a busy environment with significant growth opportunities.
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour
Location: Lloydminster, SK
Shifts: Monday – Friday; 8 hours per day
Job type: Full-time | 1 year with the possibility of extension

Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily and weekly scheduling meetings with Plant stakeholders to review all work requests and create work orders
Prepare and coordinate maintenance daily and weekly work schedules
Engage contractors for remaining work and assign through Salesforce
Forecast the maintenance 6-week look ahead schedule to identify materials, resources, plant availability, and special requirements
Develop specialized project improvements, such as training materials, to help drive efficiencies in the work management process
Maintain cloud-based support programs that support the scheduling of work KPIs
Report, analyze and distribute data for improvements and measurements
Release PM’s ready-to-schedule status and plot into the next 12 weeks look ahead
Requirements and Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required
Business / Technical Diploma or equivalent business training is an asset
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience within the oil & Gas/ construction or manufacturing industry is required
Previous experience working in a field/ plant environment is a must
Previous Scheduling experience would be considered an asset
Excellent Ms. Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are needed
Impeccable written and oral commination skills are crucial for success
Must have high attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be local to Lloydminster or willing to relocate for a long-term contract
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
