Adecco is currently hiring a Transformation Lead in Toronto, Ontario!

The Transformation Lead is responsible for the quality implementation of national and/or global projects. They are accountable for multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables that are national in scope and that support the General Staffing business unit. This role reports directly to the President, General Staffing - Canada, with a dotted line to the Adecco General Staffing Country Transformation Director in North America.

To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of technology and its applications to our staffing business. You are skilled in effective communication (both verbally and in writing), can establish and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization and you are a critical thinker who considers and respects other’s input, personal values and ethics.

You must be able to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying nature and scope with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines. You will be required to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders, relying on your solid knowledge and experience in project management and product development concepts, methodologies and processes.

Functions of the Transformation Lead position include:

Works with Canadian Leadership to create and execute on a formal project plan for Adecco General Staffing used for business transformation and process improvement.
Creates milestones and communicates deliverables for all projects.
Either independently or in collaboration with colleagues and subject matter experts, focuses on developing or improving processes to deliver innovative solutions that will drive improvement in client and candidate experience.
Works closely with business unit leadership and business process owners to conduct business analysis, evaluate priorities, create plans, and execute program activities.
Ensures successful implementation, timely delivery, and quality of projects at every stage in the process.
Coordinates with cross functional and cross-country product team.

Transformation Lead Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Project management certification is highly desired.
Four to five (4-5) years of broad applied project management experience.
People leadership experience.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Demonstrated proficiency with project tracking and management tools such as MS Project (including project schedule, reports and outputs and SharePoint).
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
