Travel Coordinator job opening in Toronto, ON

Adecco Professional is currently recruiting for a Travel Coordinator in Downtown Toronto. This exciting new opportunity that can start asap for our client in the sports/ media industry. This opportunity will be full-time hours Monday to Friday with possibility of working from home when overtime is involved. This contract position involves a high volume travel arrangements for all levels of personnel.

The responsibilities for the Travel Coordinator in Toronto, ON includes:

Booking high volume travel arrangements
Coordinating appointments and calendar management
Tracking all costs in Excel spreadsheets

The qualifications for the Travel Coordinator role include:

Previous experience as a travel agent or travel coordinator mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Great teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Availability to work overtime, when necessary
