Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full time Trimmer in Scarborough. To qualify for this Trimmer role, you will to have experience in conducting daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest and have cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment. Our client is the world’s largest producer of legal medicinal cannabis. The pay rate for this position is $14/hour and shift timings are 8 am to 4 pm.

Trimmer Responsibilities:

  • Harvest, sterilize and repopulate rooms in efficient and timely manner
  • Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest
  • Always maintain highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility , including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
  • Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment and production facility
  • Quality check of plants
  • Other duties as assigned

 Trimmer Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Lift up to 40 lbs
  • Knowledge of plant processes
  • Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality
  • Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required
