This an opportunity for you to join Adecco’s team and work as part-time Usher on Cirque du Soleil Luzia production in Vancouver, BC from October 2019 until December 2019. To be considered for the Usher position you need to be flexible to work afternoons, evenings and weekends. As an Usher, you will be responsible for screening and scanning tickets and directing patrons to assigned seats. The pay rate for this position is $15/hr.

Hours: 1pm – 9pm (Tuesday – Sunday)
General Responsibilities for Usher:
- Screening and scanning tickets
- Directing patrons to their assigned seat
- Clean theatre area after each performance - inside and outside
- Assist with any emergency situations
- Handling customer queries
- Assist Head Usher during breaks and busy periods
- Assist in other duties as required

Qualifications for the Usher:
- Previous experience as host, or usher in theater or in customer service position would be an asset
- Must be flexible to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and move around the site
- Professionally handle difficult situations that may arise with unsatisfied customers
- Preferred some experience with first aid and handling of large crowds
