Adecco is recruiting for a UX/ UI Leader for a 12-month contract opportunity for our client based in Mexico City, this role is fully remote. The successful candidate must be an independent consultant (incorporated).

The UX/ UI Leader will have the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing final layouts of different reports and suggesting improvements,
  • Develop a visual standard and a library of widgets for dashboard/reports,
  • Designing layout and graphics for PM Survival Guide (user landing page and resource for project management support, standards, and guides) and creating the necessary style guide,
  • Capture and refine User Journeys,
  • Designing layout and graphics for Teams Channel and Intrapost (PMO User interfaces on websites and apps) and creating the necessary style guide,
  • Aligning all Project Management Office (PMO) documents and user interfaces,
  • Revise brand identity (logos, typography, and color palettes).

    • The UX/ UI Leader must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in s similar role,
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish,
  • Must be an independent consultant (incorporated),
  • 4+ years of experience ideally in financial products and/or online stores,
  • Must have experience with Wireframes, mockups, and prototypes,
  • Design in agile development teams,
  • Development of UX/UI practices focused on digital channels,
  • Experience defining functionality rules or exceptions,
  • Experience with designing and functionality proposals, mockups design, creation of UI Flows, digital strategy management,
  • Experience with UX/UI, Figma, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture Software, Adobe Suite, and Miro platform,
  • Solid experience in UI-UX Leadership of Digital Products,
  • Effective Leadership Ability focused on cross-functional teams, clients and all interested parties, internal and external,
  • Excellent communication skills and focus on creativity and innovation,
  • Ambitious for the competitiveness of the product in the market,
  • Resolution capacity, interpretation of requirements and proposal of solutions that are up to date with the tools of daily use,
  • Experience with an MVP mindset,
  • Experience on projects that span multiple organizations and business units.
