Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Vehicle Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid to work a 6-month renewable contract at one of the premier car companies in the world and one of the Top 50 Employers in Canada. In this role, you will support the North American Region Remarketing Department in all aspects of dealer relations, online sales and service loaner programs as vehicles are coming back off lease, from dealerships and former demonstration vehicles. This role will utilize a thorough knowledge of lease-end policies concerning vehicle inspections, customer end-of-term processes, dealer sales, and dealer service loaners in order to answer dealer inquiries and provide dealer support.
Location: Pickering, ON | Hybrid
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 11 AM - 8 PM and Saturday |11 AM - 3 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up with dealers on vehicles that have not been grounded within three business days
Identify trends and work with field personnel and dealership to ensure the process is understood and followed
Manage phone calls related to the company's usage and purchase inquiries regarding payment methods, site access, pricing and title inquiries, transportation and Dealer Service Loaner inquiries
Provide training to Dealer and Field Personnel
Generate accurate manual dealer payoff quotes as requested by Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and follow up on dealer payoff shortages as necessary
Administer the completion of client agreements
Manage the inventory assignment and pricing process
Oversee adherence to SLAs under the Remarketing Services Products including:
Client Payments
Client Inventory
Vendor Accountability (Technology and Product Delivery Fulfillment
Requirements and Qualifications:
College or University education, preferably in finance or business is needed
1-3 years of automotive or marketing work experience is a must
Computer system savvy and technically oriented to navigate multiple applications
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Oracle
Great communications skills; both written and verbal
Customer service excellence
Positive attitude to be an integral part of a dynamic team
Must be available to work 11 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday and some Saturdays 11 AM to 3 PM
Should have a clear criminal background check
Able to produce proof of highest education obtained as well as 3 glowing references
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
