Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Heavy-Duty Vehicle Parts Specialist in Kelowna, BC, to work at a globally known and well-established company majoring in the distribution of parts and accessories for all types of cars and heavy vehicles. This is a position for people who like to give advice. In this role, you will be assisting our customers by answering their questions and helping them get the right part they need.   • Pay Rate: $20-$28/hour (depending on experience) + benefits
  • Location: Kelowna, BC 
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday September to May: 2pm-10:30pm
    June to August: 8am-4:30pm 
    work ‘on call’ for 1 week each month
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent

  • Place orders and follow up with customers
  • Offer your expertise and knowledge on replacement parts and accessories
  • Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers
  • Provide excellent after-sales service
  • Work in our Integrated Business Solution team with the City of Kelowna
  • Provide excellent customized service to one customer
  • Offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide our customers with everything they need
  • Share your passion for the industry with our loyal customers by becoming the face and voice of our stores
  • Give expert advice, support global operations, and provide quality service to our customers  Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • Strong knowledge of car OR heavy vehicle parts is required
  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to communicate clearly 
  • Customer-oriented, friendly approach and team spirit  
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
