Our client is a leader in delivering logistics, aftermarket, end-of-life solutions and engineering services for the world’s leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and as such, is urgently looking to hire two experienced Vendor repair Coordinators. If you have experience as an Expeditor, Procurement Specialist, Infrastructure Coordinator, or any other role such as these, please read on.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages third-party cycle time and service levels. 
  • Receives order requests from database. 
  • Distributes work in process to shipping or repair team. 
  • Performs minor modifications to procedures. 
  • Participates in process improvement teams. 
  • Contacts customers and vendors regarding status of work in progress.
  • Contacts vendor to generate return material authorization. 
  • Expedites units from vendors and contacts vendors weekly on repairs exceeding estimated time of repair. 
  • Updates supervisor and escalates issues to third and fourth vendor coordinators. 
  • Contacts internal call center regarding order clarification and provides resolution to low level issues
  • Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Compensation and Hours:

  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
