Adecco is currently hiring for a Vice President Strategic Delivery to join our leadership team. To be considered for this Vice President Strategic Delivery role you must have a minimum of 8 years related work experience, including leading operations for a sizeable P&L and 4 years in a people management capacity. You will bring transformation and change management experience along with an in depth understanding of technology and its applications to the staffing business. Black Belt LSS certification is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and directing the Adecco Canada Strategic Delivery Centre. As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will lead the centralization and automation of delivery services, and leverage data, AI and advanced programmatic marketing. Your focus will be on improving overall customer service while reducing the cost to serve.

Vice President Strategic Delivery Responsibilities:

Leverages group experiences and ongoing project deliverables to finalize the processes, organizational model, location strategy, as well as the roll-out and go to market plans.

Drives the implementation of the Delivery Center as well as go to market strategy by creating a high-performance delivery team as well as key dedicated enabling teams (operational excellence, analytics, digital sourcing), and achieving close alignment with the Canadian Leadership Team.

Drives the implementation of the core digital pillars of the model

Programmatic Marketing
Process Management
Data and AI

In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams, develops the value proposition and sales credentials around centralized delivery.

Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience as evidenced by client, candidate, and associate Net Promoter Score and overall efficiency/reduced cost to serve, leveraging process efficiency and automation while improving time to fill rates.

Vice President Strategic Delivery Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of eight (8) years related work experience, including leading operations for a sizeable P&L, preferably within a service industry.
A minimum of four (4) years in a people management or supervisory capacity.
Transformation and change management experience.
In depth understanding of technology and its applications to the staffing business, with experience implementing modern technologies.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
Experience with Six Sigma/Lean Methodologies. Black Belt LSS Certification preferred.
