Adecco is currently hiring for full-time Wafer Fabrication Operator long-term contract roles at our Ottawa, ON client’s medical manufacturing facility. To qualify for this opportunity, you must have successfully graduated from High School and be able to pass a criminal background check.

If you have previous experience performing repetitive tasks and are process orientation, this role is for you!  

All shifts are 12 hours long on a 4 day on and 4 day off rotation (6:30am to 6:30pm and are compensated $17.12/hour.

Requirements for Wafer Fabrication Operator Role:

  • Successful graduation from High School
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have the desire and initiative to excel.
  • Great team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, high attention to detail and quality.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment with a willingness to work 12 hr shifts.
Responsibilities for Wafer Fabrication Operator Role:
  • Operate and monitor processing equipment.
  • Working with various chemicals in a clean-room environment.
  • Working in a team oriented environment.
  • Set-up equipment and adhere to clean room and quality procedures as required
  • Be able to successfully follow processes and procedures with minimal supervision
