Adecco is currently hiring Warehouse Associates, for a growing client in the Scarborough area. These jobs are Temp to Perm opportunities with pay starting at $17.36/hour.

These are long-term positions with great opportunity for advancement!

Pay Rate: $17.36/hour

Great pay + 4% vacation pay

Shift: 8am – 8pm (Continental Shifts: 4 days on and 4 days off, then 4 days on, rotating days and nights)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Scarborough Area: Lawrence Av E & Morningside

Responsibilities:

  • Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items
  • Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
  • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
  • Securing loads to machine before transportation
  • Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Assemble product boxes for production lines as required
  • Operate overwrap machine for further processing.
  • Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

    • Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience is an asset
  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions, and safety requirements
  • Mathematical skills to carry out computer tasks such as rate, ratios and percentages
  • Ability to handle basic tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shift rotation from days and nights
  • Criminal background clearance will be required upon hire
