Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Order Tracking Clerk in Pointe-Claire QC. This 5-month contract offers an hourly pay rate of $21.00 and is ideal for anyone who has excellent communication skills and great attention to detail; ability to write and speak in French/English and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Location: Pointe-Claire QC.

Pay Rate: 21.00$/hr

Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm (1 hour for lunch)

  • Bilingual Order Tracking Clerk Responsibilities:

    Keep order information in the system up to date so that the buyer has quick access to the information and can react accordingly.
    • Make all necessary corrections to orders in terms of dates, part numbers, minimum, price, carrier account number.
    • Contact vendors to verify order status to ensure merchandise, supplies and equipment are shipped by specified ship dates and communicate delivery information to relevant departments
    • Communicate with the transport company to avoid delays and trace shipments in case of delay
    • Inform buyers of any issues concerning their orders in terms of price, quantity, delay in delivery

    Bilingual Order Tracking Clerk Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook.)
  • French/English, must be comfortable speaking/writing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • multi-tasking and ability to work in a team
