Adecco is currently hiring a temporary, full-time Warehouse Customer Service Representative to work at a globally–known logistics company in Richmond, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising between our customers and our warehouse staff, utilizing communications, professional business conduct, and our customers’ Warehouse Management Systems.   • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep open lines of communication with our customer
  • Work with our team to process customer's requests
  • Work with carriers to ensure deliveries or pick-ups are scheduled as required
  • Handle inventory control
  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Update shipping reports
  • Record keeping for temporary workers’ hours
  • Maintain data necessary for monthly invoicing and KPI’s
  • Perform A/P entries for any related expense for each customer, prepares invoice worksheets for some warehouse customers, and input the final charges for the actual invoice at the end of the month.
  • Process Credit Notes if needed
  • Email the invoice & any related paperwork to each customer
  • Order necessary warehouse & shipping supplies for DC & EC operations
  • Order office supplies when needed
  • Coordinate with NECA ISD for any related WMS requests for new warehouse customers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, objectives and business ethics
  • Perform various other tasks as may be required
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • A minimum High School Diploma is needed
  • WHMIS Training is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is needed
  • Should have some accounting knowledge
  • A deep computer knowledge is a must, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Systems (NEWS, REWARD),
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills & strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
