Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Customer Service to work at a globally–known logistics company in Richmond, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising between customers and warehouse staff, utilizing communications, professional business conduct, and the customers’ Warehouse Management Systems. Pay Rate: $46,800

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Keep open lines of communication with our customer
Work with our team to process customer's requests
Work with carriers to ensure deliveries or pick-ups are scheduled as required
Handle inventory control
Provide the highest level of customer service
Update shipping reports
Record keeping for temporary workers’ hours
Maintain data necessary for monthly invoicing and KPI’s
Perform A/P entries for any related expense for each customer, prepares invoice worksheets for some warehouse customers, and input the final charges for the actual invoice at the end of the month.
Process Credit Notes if needed
Email the invoice & any related paperwork to each customer
Order necessary warehouse & shipping supplies for DC & EC operations
Order office supplies when needed
Coordinate with NECA ISD for any related WMS requests for new warehouse customers
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, objectives and business ethics
Perform various other tasks as may be required
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum High School Diploma is needed
WHMIS Training is a must
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role in a warehouse environment
Should have some accounting knowledge
A deep computer knowledge is a must, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Systems (NEWS, REWARD),
Good written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational skills & strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
