Adecco is currently hiring for a full time, permanent role as a Warehouse Manager in St. Catharines, ON. Our client requires a warehouse professional experienced with inbound and outbound freight demands. The role is centered equally between providing communication to your team, ensuring loads are being fulfilled as promised, and also working hands-on to ensure that client satisfaction is being guaranteed. A base hourly rate of $19/hour is the starting wage, and there is room for growth according to the individual’s skill set.

The successful applicant’s responsibilities include:

Ensuring packages are processed correctly, in a time-sensitive manner, on a daily basis
Completing daily in/out reports
Verifying accuracy of daily inventory
Monitoring, assigning, and printing the weekly batch of southbound packages
Daily communications with international offices for inbound load expectations, and status updates
Daily pickup coordination with couriers
Quote and schedule LTL shipments for FBA deliveries

The successful applicant’s qualifications will be:

Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Knowledge/working experience of warehouse experience: dollies, push carts, wagons, etcetera
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook are key)
Any experience with online tracking software / web-based inventory systems is key
Clear and concise communication skills are an absolute must
A valid G-license and good driving record are required
You must have the ability to travel to the USA and Mexico as required intermittently
