Adecco is currently hiring a temporary Warehouse Reach Operator, Days in North York, ON. Our client is a leading North American child car seat manufacturer looking for an experienced Material Handler with a min. 1 year training school certification and work experience with standing Raymond Reach.  The day shift schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility for occasional overtime when required.  The rate of pay is $18.00/hr + 4% vacation pay.

Warehouse Reach Operator Responsibilities:

  • Log material being brought to the assembly floor
  • Move stock to the assembly floor using carts, hand trucks and manual pallet jacks
  • Assist Materials department with cycle counts and inventory audits
  • High attention to detail and able to differentiate LH & RH part numbers
  • Follow FIFO procedures
  • Break down and manage cardboard and garbage throughout the day
  • Help to maintain a clean assembly floor area at all times
  • Follow all safety guidelines laid out by supervisor and management
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Warehouse Reach Operator Qualifications:
  • Standing Raymond Reach experience and certification of 1 year min
  • Able to lift 35 lbs
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to read and follow work instruction
