Adecco is currently hiring for a Warehouse Service Representative in Regina, SK. Our client is a leading distributor of industrial MRO (maintenance, repair and operation replacement) parts, and the a Bearing and Power Transmission Company in North America.

The position is primarily responsible for all shipping and receiving activity for the branch and ensuring that all stocked merchandise is properly maintained.

Warehouse Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer service that will enhance the relationship and lead to ongoing sales Order Fulfillment:
  • Matches packing slip to items shipped from Distribution Center
  • Receives items in the computer system to show which items are available for the customers; may process invoices for customer
  • Prepares items for delivery to customer; ensures items are pulled from inventory or from daily shipment
  • Secures packages to make sure no items are damaged in delivery to customer
  • Maintains a clean warehouse
  • Restocks shelves when new inventory arrives
  • Prepares customer returns for shipment back to Distribution Center or supplier Interaction
  • Warehouse Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Must have Warehouse experience
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced experience
  • Knowledge of Bearing and Power Transmission is an asset
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems is an asset
