Adecco is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their clients team in Brampton, ON-Toronto, ON. This role primarily involves managing warranty claims, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication among team members and customers. The Warranty Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the Service fulfillment process and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

  • Location: Brampton, ON until Nov 2023-then moving to Toronto, ON

  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hour.

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Job type: 1-year contract

Detailed Job Description:

  • Enter and manage purchase orders and receipt purchase orders.

  • Answer and distribute calls effectively.

  • Process warranty claims and manage relevant administrative functions.

  • Communicate project and claim status within the team.

  • Coordinate with various departments for accurate recording of project costs.

  • Initiate invoicing process and review billing backlog.

  • Coordinate shipping/receiving of parts and liaise with suppliers regarding warranty, credits, and parts sales.

  • Maintain records of correspondence, meetings minutes, and project cost data

  • Collect and input project cost data into the system.

  • Follow up with customers to obtain missing data as required.

  • Generate, interpret, and print various assigned reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 to 4 years of administrative experience required.

  • Service administration experience is an asset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent multitasking and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
