Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Warranty Corrosion Specialist in Ajax, ON to work for one of our reputable clients. In this role, you will be responsible for all the tasks associated with the preauthorization, review, document storage and payment of all warranty claims related to paint & corrosion defects.     • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reauthorizing all paint & corrosion repairs
  • Decides on repair validity on all paint & corrosion requests received from client's product
  • Decides on warranty applicability by differentiating outside influence and repairs due to manufacture defects.
  • Decides if the amount requested for paint & corrosion repairs are within the published guidelines approved by the manufacture.
  • Liaisons with Product Support to support the development of paint and corrosion related Technical Bulletins
  • Monitor paint & corrosion claim coding using all available tools & systems.
  • Decides on Warranty claim acceptance based on technical expertise/knowledge .
  • Manages claim tracking through Access Database with number, labour operations or sublet dollar amounts.
  • Applies technical and warranty expertise 
  • Answer questions regarding claim input, Warranty System functionality from dealer personnel, field and corporate employees.
  • Answer questions regarding policy and warranty coverage.
  • Reply any dealer question within one Business Day.

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge in Auto Insurance Adjuster, Auto Body Collision Estimator, Dealership Service Consultants with Corrosion
  • Must be able to visit dealer locations
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
