Adecco is working with a client in the Orangeville area to help them find a Welding Operator who will assist the team to meet production targets while respecting quality, safety and all related production standards. This position sets up, operates and maintains welder machine & computerized CNC table router equipment. The successful Welding Operator must be able to work on Rotating 12 hour shifts continental rotation.

Welding Operator Requirements:
Proven ability to follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions, directions
Ability to operate hand held tools routers, measuring equipment tape measures
Have a quality and detail focus
Mechanically inclined

Welding Operator Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure/deadlines
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Previous experience operating CNC equipment, able to make tool changes, small program changes, read blueprints, diagrams, etc.
Physically able to lift, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor, kneel, crawl, grip, pinch, crouch Valid forklift license or experience experience with long / extension forks
Flexibility to work overtime
