Heather Oldenziel, Division Director with Adecco Professional brings over 20 years of experience in the HR and recruitment consulting arena. A graduate of Brock University with her Bachelor of Arts, she quickly become interested in the area of Human Resources and continued with a post-grad HR program at Seneca College. Growing up in a small town and working for many years in the hospitality arena, immediately after graduation, she transitioned into the recruitment world with a small, boutique staffing firm. She moved to Pinstripe Personnel which was purchased by Ajilon and then by Adecco Canada in 2013; showcasing 20 years grandfathered through these mergers and acquisitions. Over her career she has received several promotions and asked to assist on various projects from system conversion, training of internal staff, recruitment of internal corporate office roles and more. She has been considered a Top Performer for Canada during her time with both Ajilon and Adecco having won the annual award of All Stars/Superstars every year since 2006 until its closure in 2020. In addition, she was the 2010 Top Sales Performer for all of North America and in 2006 she was the Staffing Manager of the Year for, also for all of North America.
