Adecco is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic Freight Brokerage & Logistics company in Toronto, ON. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $70,000. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business across North America and Mexico. You’ll engage with key decision-makers in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management, building strong relationships and driving sales from start to finish. Responsibilities:  
  • Engage in a full sales cycle, focusing on prospecting and generating new business from enterprise accounts across North America and Mexico.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including transportation managers, logistics managers, C-level executives in procurement, supply chain, and VP of purchasing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to close deals, typically ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 per month.
  • Conduct 7+ touchpoints per deal, ensuring strong follow-up and communication to close sales successfully.
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, to track leads, manage prospects, and support sales efforts.
  • Regularly meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:  
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • 2+ years of experience in freight sales or logistics, preferably with non-asset-based companies.
  • Strong knowledge of TL and LTL shipments, over-the-road, and air movements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and driven individual capable of handling a full sales cycle.
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
