Advertising Sales Representative Associate

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Advertising Sales Representative Associate to join our client’s team in Fredericton, NB. This is a 3-month contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $18.22 per hour. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers who have shown interest in the products and services offered. You will demonstrate a consultative approach to sales and provide personalized recommendations to meet client goals while aiming to exceed daily targets.

• Pay rate: $18.22/hour.
• Location: Fredericton, NB
• Shifts: Schedule will fall within Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm EST
• Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to book appointments with individuals who have expressed an interest in the client’s products and services.
• Provide a tailored, consultative sales experience to ensure each client receives the most appropriate products and solutions for their needs.
• Actively identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into appointments.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s product offerings and share recommendations to help clients achieve their advertising goals.
• Engage with clients through phone calls, email, and chat, ensuring consistent and proactive communication throughout.
• Work diligently to exceed daily sales targets and meet performance metrics in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on improving products and customer experiences.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• 1 to 3 years in a sales or customer service role, with a focus on inside sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous experience with Inside Sales, Customer Service and Digital Inside Sales
