Adecco is currently hiring a full-time curious and driven Associate AI Researcher to support ongoing research and development in the application of AI algorithms for software and system optimization. As part of a collaborative research team, you will contribute to algorithm implementation, integration, and evaluation, while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and applying AI/ML algorithms to improve performance and efficiency of software systems.
Collaborate with senior researchers on the implementation and testing of research models and solutions.
Run experiments and evaluate the performance of algorithms using internal data and public test sets.
Help integrate research outputs into larger systems or development pipelines.
Stay up to date with current research trends, papers, and technologies in AI and systems optimization.
Contribute to documentation and presentation of research results within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and common algorithms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is preferred.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-focused environment.
Hands-on projects or coursework involving AI, deep learning, or data analysis.
Familiarity with system performance optimization or profiling tools.
Internships or research assistant experience in academic or industry settings.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
