This is a 6-month contract role based in Toronto, ON, offering a competitive pay of $24.09 per hour. Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of documents, reports, and relevant information.
Regularly updating reports using predefined templates.
Supporting achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
Following all company policies and performance standards.
Maintaining a basic understanding of insurance principles and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken) – this is a must.
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
