Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Project Coordinator (French and English required) for a full-time, 1-year contract (with possibility of extension).

In this role, you will support Project Managers in executing client-facing projects while ensuring superior client service standards in every interaction. If you’re organized, bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, strong Excel proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Salary: $26/hour

  • Location: Remote

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary 1-year contract (potential to extend)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute projects: kick-off meetings, deadline tracking, client status updates, and internal communication of deliverables

  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to meet project objectives and timelines

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated internally

  • Draft project materials such as scripts, website text, and business rules

  • Provide reporting and analyze data to ensure high quality and meaningful results

  • Support the Project Managers and contribute to maintaining exceptional service standards

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional, client-facing role

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) — minimum 9/10 skill level

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor

  • Strong customer service orientation, able to provide white-glove service

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and anticipate needs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities

  • Experience drafting written materials and working with databases is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is an asset
