Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Project Coordinator (French and English required) for a full-time, 1-year contract (with possibility of extension).

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute projects: kick-off meetings, deadline tracking, client status updates, and internal communication of deliverables
Collaborate with internal operational teams to meet project objectives and timelines
Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated internally
Draft project materials such as scripts, website text, and business rules
Provide reporting and analyze data to ensure high quality and meaningful results
Support the Project Managers and contribute to maintaining exceptional service standards
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional, client-facing role
Fluently bilingual in English and French
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) — minimum 9/10 skill level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
Strong customer service orientation, able to provide white-glove service
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and anticipate needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities
Experience drafting written materials and working with databases is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is an asset
