The opportunity requires some administrative and receptionist abilities. Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks
Sort and distribute mail for tenants
File and scan documents
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Answer phone calls and generic inquiries
Direct guests to the appropriate waiting areas
Assist with other duties as assigned
The Administrative Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Background education in administration, support or a related field;
Proficiency with the full MS suite (outlook, word)
Strong working proficiency with MS excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Must be fluent in English and French Bilingual
