Customer Service Assistant

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team in Brampton, ON. This temporary/contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at following processes, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support. • Pay rate: $20.50/hour.
• Location: Brampton, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

• Assist in processing orders, preparing correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow established guidelines and instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Work under the close supervision of a team leader or manager.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Support internal teams with data entry, order verification, and follow-ups.
• Manage and resolve routine customer inquiries by phone or email.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Brings 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Is proficient in standard office software and understands basic administrative procedures.
• Is reliable, punctual, and works well under supervision.
