Adecco is currently seeking several bilingual (Dutch/English) Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team in this fully remote opportunity! Our client is a global leader in class action administration, supported by a skilled team of case managers, IT specialists, and notice administrators across Canada.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in facilitating clear communication, handling claims, and ensuring fair resolutions for those affected. This position calls for strong customer service abilities, sharp attention to detail, and familiarity with legal processes. Pay rate: $27.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous stream of customer concerns, as well as written queries and written customer solicitations in both German and English.
Identify and resolve customer questions and concerns.
Conduct in-depth research and capture all aspects of customer requests.
Ensure that the content of oral and written communications meets the needs of the target audience.
Work closely with the project support team.
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual – Dutch/English in both verbal and written communication
Applicants must be available to work an overnight/early morning shift, starting at 3 AM and concluding at 11 AM
Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift
Knowledge of class action litigation procedures, legal terminology, and settlement administration processes
Must hold at least a Secondary School Diploma
Must have experience with delivering exceptional customer service.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Experience working in a call centre or claims would be considered a strong asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
