Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in Brockville, ON.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient communication, order processing, and inventory tracking. If you’re detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
To succeed in this position, you should have strong customer service and data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple computer systems. Previous warehouse experience is an asset.

Key responsibilities
Process customer orders and requests using 3Plink/Excalibur and SAP
Receive and track inventory in both systems
Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse teams via Outlook, phone, and other channels
Complete reports, scan, and file electronic documents
Assist with inventory cycle counts
Schedule inbound deliveries and maintain accurate documentation
Remain flexible and open to additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Accurate data entry abilities
Experience with inventory or warehouse software (3Plink, SAP, or similar)
Warehouse experience considered an asset
