Adecco is currently recruiting for a Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting for 6–9-month contract (base on workload). This role is with our Crown Corporation client in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one. This role is hybrid, which requires at least twice a week in the office. ( Dundas Street, Toronto)
The Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting will have the following responsibilities:
Manage SQL server and Snowflake as system administrator, such as access management, system maintenance
Support and investment data modelling and integration between snowflake and SimCorp Dimension
Develop and build tables on Snowflake according to business requirements
Develop scripts to automate data transformation, ingestion and extraction
Develop data visualization on Power BI and Snowflake Streamlit.
Manage and maintain Github repository
The Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Must 3 years experience in similar role or related
Must have experience with pension investment
Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL.
Familiarity with investment applications such as Bloomberg, SimCorp, and similar platforms.
Experience with cloud solutions such as Snowflake
Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Power BI and Python-based libraries
Expertise in data management and database administration.
In-depth knowledge of the trading lifecycle and investment workflow.
A CFA designation is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Demonstrated self-initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
