Adecco is currently hiring a full-time a D&IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our clients Digital & IT Project Delivery Team in Calgary, AB. You will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and managing change across technology initiatives. You will design and implement strategies that support performance improvement and facilitate smooth transitions during transformation efforts.

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Shift: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

  • Job type: Long term contract | Full-time | 12-month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support D&IT initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts and determine the appropriate change interventions.

  • Lead communication, engagement, and enablement efforts to prepare teams for upcoming changes.

  • Support the development and delivery of training programs, job aids, and communications to enable a smooth adoption of new technologies or processes.

  • Partner with leadership to drive cultural and behavioral change, aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Foster employee engagement by ensuring clear, consistent messaging and stakeholder involvement throughout the change process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, preferably in a technical or IT environment.

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).

  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, coach leaders, and manage resistance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
