Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a 6-month contract with a leading client in Cambridge, ON. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end electrical design projects—from concept to implementation—within a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment. You’ll collaborate across teams, work with external vendors, and support the production line with technical expertise. - Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing electrical design documentation.
- Selecting appropriate electronic materials and processes.
- Developing electrical parts packaging and creating detailed drawings.
- Reviewing and developing system performance specifications.
- Working directly with external vendors and suppliers.
- Providing technical assistance to the manufacturing line.
- Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites as required.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical design, systems, or related engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and testing.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Altium, and simulation software.
- Familiarity with standards such as IEEE, NEC, IPC.
- Experience with PCB layout, power systems, and/or embedded systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
