Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized FCN (Field Change Notice) Administrator to join our client’s team at a large refinery operation in Saint John, NB. In this role, you will coordinate, track, and administer all Field Change Notices (FCNs) to ensure that modifications to project designs, processes, or field installations are documented, approved, and implemented accurately and efficiently. This position plays a vital role in maintaining compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and refinery safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Field Change Notice process, ensuring that all FCNs are properly logged, reviewed, tracked, and closed out.
Serve as the main point of contact for FCN submissions from engineers, project managers, contractors, and field staff.
Review FCNs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with refinery procedures before routing for approval.
Coordinate and facilitate reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams.
Update and maintain accurate records of FCN statuses in document control systems and project databases.
Distribute approved FCNs to affected parties and ensure timely implementation in the field.
Track implementation progress and verify that required documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, and as-built updates) is updated accordingly.
Generate regular reports and dashboards for project managers, engineering leads, and site leadership to monitor open and closed FCNs.
Assist in audits by providing complete and accurate FCN documentation as required.
Identify opportunities to improve the FCN process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with refinery safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered.
1-2 years of experience in project administration, document control, or change management.
Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and refinery project workflows.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
