Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and organized Forklift Operator / Warehouse Clerk to join our client’s warehousing team in Regina, SK. In this role, you will coordinate and support the storage, movement, and shipment of goods while ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and efficient. You will also provide support to our dealer network and assist with logistics, inventory, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling the storage, movement, and shipment in a manner consistent with established operation procedures and functions.

  • Improving and maintaining the safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

  • Confirming availability of parts for the dealer network by tracking, pricing & determining ETA.

  • Dealer support for parts search and identification

  • Monitoring freight rates, lead times & delivery options with brokers to maximize logistics efficiency.

  • Assisting freight/custom broker regarding import process & transportation of machines.

  • Scheduling deliveries with dealers.

  • Supporting daily activities of the warehouse during busier periods.

  • Accepts and processes incoming shipments (goods receipt & put away).

  • Enters and processes sales orders from our dealers.

  • Loads and unloads trucks and containers.

  • Picking, packing & shipping customer orders.

  • Help with administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

  • Maintained the inventory of show materials and merchandise.

  • Coordinate the distribution of merchandise and corporate magazine.

  • The ability to provide after-hours service when required

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ Experience in forklift operation and warehouse Experience.

  • Valid Forklift Certification.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Excellent Communicator via all channels (Email, Messaging, phone, in person)

  • Possess strong technical skills, sorting and filtering information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

  • SAP (our warehouse management system) experience is a plus.

  • Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks etc.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, as well as bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
