We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a collaborative and people-centric client team. This is a high-impact role that will support and influence the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with the Director of Human Resources to drive strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on HR best practices and employee matters.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and pipeline development—especially via LinkedIn.
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Champion employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Drive change management and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies.
Ensure consistency and compliance in the application of HR processes.
Maintain and utilize HR tools and systems, including SharePoint, BambooHR, and MS Office Suite.
What You Bring:
6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
Proven experience managing the entire HR value chain from hire to retire.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment standards, and change management strategies.
A personable, approachable demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and BambooHR.
A process-oriented mindset with the ability to execute and improve systems.
