Adecco is currently seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Implementation Sales Agent to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract in St. Catharines, Ontario. This temporary position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.43 CAD and a unique opportunity to make an impact in the digital advertising industry through high-volume, consultative sales.

  • Pay rate: $20.43/hour.

  • Location: St. Catharines, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time | Hours may vary between 35-44hrs / per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized advertisers to boost revenue through product optimization.

  • Conduct market research to understand client business models and advertising verticals.

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities by offering tailored solutions.

  • Personalize client recommendations to meet unique business objectives.

  • Improve customer satisfaction by offering insight-driven guidance on product adoption.

  • Engage in proactive outbound calling and responsive email communication to support and optimize client advertising efforts.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by consistently engaging clients and providing real value.

  • Build expertise in social media advertising solutions, including performance metrics and best practices.

  • Share ideas to improve ad products and the overall customer experience.

  • Guide clients through campaign optimization, helping them understand what works and how to refine strategies for better results.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience, ideally with inside/BPO background.

  • 3 years total work experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with digital platforms and CRM tools.

  • Comfortable in a quota-driven environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Interest in ongoing learning and obtaining industry certifications.

  • Prior experience in North American markets.

  • Experience in advertising or marketing.

  • Background in high-volume calling and client relationship management.
