- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions tailored to them
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and help them discover the right products/services
- Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from the first interaction to closing the deal
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their goals and challenges
- Stay informed on product features and industry trends to better serve customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reconnect with existing leads to introduce new features or upgrades
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce or Groove
- Self-motivated and energetic with a passion for helping customers
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or customer service is a plus
- Exposure to technical or SaaS products is beneficial
- Internship or startup experience is a plus
