Salary: $124,000 – $137,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Hybrid, flexible schedule, occasional field visits
What You’ll Do
Lead and contribute to the design and construction of municipal infrastructure (pump stations, sewers, forcemains, water mains, PRV stations)
Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for public and private clients, including calculations, specifications, and tender packages
Provide site-based services, including construction inspection, contract administration, and coordination with contractors and regulatory bodies
Conduct infrastructure condition assessments and technical investigations
Act as Engineer-of-Record for utility projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects with environmental and regulatory constraints
Work with CAD team to develop design drawings
Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation
Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout planning, design, and construction
Mentor junior team members and ensure quality control throughout projects
What You’ll Bring
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada
Minimum 8 years of experience in municipal and water infrastructure design
Previous project management and project coordination experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proven consulting engineering experience with a focus on municipal design and project delivery
Ability to see both the big picture and the detailed components of a project
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites
Physically able to conduct field visits, including outdoor work in varying conditions and terrains
