Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Flow controller to join our client’s logistics team in Ajax, ON. The Inventory Flow Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse. This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing material flow to support operational efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the flow of goods throughout the warehouse to meet operational targets
Coordinate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to ensure seamless material movement
Prioritize and allocate tasks based on workflow demands and production schedules
Resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, delayed shipments, or blocked pathways
Ensure real-time updates of inventory and goods movement in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to align flow with overall logistics plans
Identify opportunities to improve flow processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal operational standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain is an asset
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using WMS, scanners, and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
