Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues swiftly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage IT support tickets and document solutions using a ticketing system.
- Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems through regular maintenance, patches, and updates.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and vendors on IT projects and enhancements.
- Train staff on cybersecurity protocols, software use, and IT best practices.
- Lead system improvement initiatives and help define KPIs to measure IT support performance.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety policies in all IT-related activities.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT management
- Strong knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft environments (Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS)
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
