In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to fabricate parts and perform modifications to machinery.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and products.

Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal functioning.

Able to fabricate parts, modify machinery, and execute repairs to maintain plant equipment.

Interpret blueprints and schematics to support repair and modification tasks.

Proficient in operating hand and power tools, measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.

Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient production operations.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical repair.

Advantageous: Apprenticeship or certification as an Electrician or Millwright.
