Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled and licensed Maintenance Electrician to join our client’s high-performing maintenance team in Woodbridge, ON. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems and equipment within a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaborating with various departments to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to all company health and safety policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring full compliance with applicable health and safety legislation and codes.
Promptly report any incidents, injuries, illnesses, or near misses to the designated supervisor.
Always wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company guidelines.
Immediately notify the supervisor of any unsafe conditions, malfunctioning equipment, or breaches of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including completing and generating work orders and executing planned maintenance tasks.
Licensed Industrial Electrician
Technician/Technologist diploma or degree in a maintenance or engineering-related field, preferably with a focus on electrical systems and robotics.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong aptitude for learning and mentoring.
Proven team player who collaborates well with others.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation including engineering drawings, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and present data; working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
Highly self-motivated with the capability to conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective measures
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
