Adecco is currently seeking a Temporary Medical Administrative Assistant for a 4-week contract with a busy medical clinic in Ottawa, ON. This on-site role is ideal for someone experienced with PS Suite who can confidently manage front desk operations independently. You'll be responsible for greeting patients, managing calls and appointments, and supporting the physician with daily admin tasks. While you’ll work autonomously, remote support will be available. Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage front desk activities
Answer incoming calls, take and relay detailed messages
Schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments using PS Suite
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold clinic protocols
Support the physician with various daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Proficiency in PS Suite is mandatory
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently
Availability to start by June 28th preferred for training overlap
