Responsibilities:
Visually inspect, assemble, and test cartridges or sub-assemblies using approved processes.
Operate microscopes and hand tools with precision for small-part assembly.
Follow detailed work instructions and record accurate production data.
Use computers for downloading information and recording test results.
Maintain cleanroom standards, gowning protocols, and organized workstations.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
Basic computer literacy to run simple tests and input data.
Experience in gas chromatography column or microfluidics assembly (an asset).
Prior work in electronic or medical device assembly (an asset).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
